Stavros A. Diamantis
Stavros A. Diamantis received his chemistry degree from the University of Ioannina in 2014 and his Masters in inorganic chemistry from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2017. Since 2017, he is pursuing his doctoral research under the guidance of Dr. Theodore Lazarides. His research interest focuses on the design and synthesis of luminescent metal organic frameworks and their study as sensors for heavy and toxic metal ions.
Amina Chatz-Giachia
My name is Amina Chatz-Giachia. I joined the research group of Assistant Prof. Theodore Lazarides as an undergraduate student in 2017. I received my chemistry degree in 2018 and my Master’s degree in inorganic chemistry in 2020, both from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I am currently a Ph.D. student and my research focuses on the synthesis of luminescent metal-organic frameworks and their study as sensors for analytes of environmental interest.
Athanasia Psalti
Athanasia Psalti received her chemistry degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2018. She is currently a Masters student under the guidance of Dr Theodore Lazarides. Her research interest focuses on synthesis and characterization of metal-organic frameworks of lanthanides with interesting luminescence behaviour.
